The Basics

  • Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the customer receiving their order.

  • Refund Method: All approved returns will be refunded as store credit or a gift card.

  • Item Condition: Items must be unworn, fully intact, and in the exact same condition as shipped (with all tags still attached).

Sale Items

  • Final Sale: ALL sale and discounted purchases (including Black Friday and Cyber Monday) are Final Sale. We do not accept returns on these items, but exchanges are allowed.

Shipping & Logistics

  • Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs to return an item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the store credit refund.

  • Protect the Return: If shipping an item over $100, we highly recommend the customer uses a trackable shipping service or purchases shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive returned items.

  • Exchange Times: Depending on where the customer lives, the time it takes for an exchanged product to reach them may vary.

  • International Orders: For orders placed outside the US, please note there may be variable fees (such as customs duties or taxes) that the customer is responsible for paying.
